Do we need to be home when you clean?No, however it is a good idea to be home the first time to orient us to your home.

Do you bring everything?Yes, we bring all equipment and supplies. However, if there is a special product you need us to use, please leave it out.

Can my pet(s) be home during the cleaning?Absolutely, unless your pet has issues with visitors in the home. our staff enjoy that. We are animal lovers. Extra pats and fresh water are no problem.

I'm not satisfied with the service, what do I do?We are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please let us know within 24 hours and we will make it right.

What is your cancellation policy?We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, there may be a cancellation fee.

How much notice do I need to give for cancelling?We require 24-hour notice to cancel a cleaning.

What about special requests or adding projects?Yes, absolutely. Just let us know ahead of time.

Can we request a solo cleaner?No, we utilize a team approach to maximize our cleaning service and protect our employees.

Can I keep the same team?Yes, you can keep them. In the event of sickness and or other events, we may send a different cleaner.

Can you provide proof of insurance?Yes, by email, upon request.

Can you provide references?Yes, we can provide references via email and are fully bonded.

Do you accept cash/credit?We offer competitive pricing for our cleaning services and accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards, and e-transfer via online payment either before or immediately after cleaning is complete. We also offer discounts for regular cleaning services and referrals.
